Hotel and restaurant bankruptcies plunge – down 33 per cent in August

The number of bankruptcies in the hotel and restaurant sector fell sharply in August. According to UC, the decline was 33 per cent compared with the same month last year. At the same time, bankruptcies across the business sector as a whole fell by 5 per cent.
