Hotel giants threaten destination companies: “Too great a financial burden”

Strawberry has already left Visit Tromsø. Now Scandic and Thon Hotels are considering reducing their contributions to destination companies as municipalities introduce the new visitor levy. The result could be less money for marketing and destination development – while municipalities gain new revenue.

All three Scandinavian airlines suspend Dubai for the winter
