Cirkus Venues are gathered under the brand Miramis, an international hospitality company with roots in Sweden and Italy.

- With Miramis, we bring together our operations in Sweden and Italy under a common brand. It gives us a clearer platform to develop hotels, gastronomy, and cultural experiences with the same long-term approach in both markets. Sweden is a natural next step for us, says Stefano Cuoco, CEO of Miramis.

The launch represents the next step for operations in Sweden, with Hasselbacken and Gasometer as two major focus projects. With Miramis, hotels, restaurants, venues, and destination experiences are gathered under a common brand with a clearer international positioning. The ambition is to develop a few destinations with a strong local identity, high quality, and a long-term perspective in both Sweden and Italy.

Hasselbacken will play a central role in the Swedish initiative. The historic property is being developed with an increased focus on gastronomy, culture, and experiences, with the goal of strengthening its position in Stockholm's cultural and entertainment life.

Gasometer is also one of the company's most important projects in Stockholm. The venue is now part of the Miramis portfolio and opens in 2027. In the coming years, Gasometer will also be the temporary stage for the Royal Opera, which ties the project closely to Swedish cultural life from the start.

Miramis' Italian portfolio continues to grow. In Porto Ercole, the business is already established internationally through Hotel LA ROQQA and Isolotto Beach Club, two destinations that have set the tone for Miramis in Italy. Now the portfolio is further developed through the renovation of Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola, the development of Ex-Cirio in Porto Ercole's harbour, and Fattoria La Capitana in Magliano in Tuscany, a destination with a vineyard, agriculture, and suites opening in 2027.
