"We have shared financial management, some support, HR, marketing, collaborations around social media, purchasing, flight procurement and several companies use the same booking solution. But we cannot force everyone and we do not want to either. The entrepreneurial spirit is important, as is the companies’ closeness to the customer," says Charlotte Blum, CEO of Unlimited Travel Group.
