Europe’s air connectivity slows down - aviation industry blames EU rules

Growth in Europe’s air connections stalled at a modest 1 per cent in 2025, well below the ten-year average of 1.5 per cent. That is shown by new figures from the industry organisation International Air Transport Association, IATA.
