Scheduled flights take on a greater role in charter operators’ package holidays

Copenhagen Airport is growing, but traditional charter traffic is moving in the opposite direction. During the first eight months of the year, the number of charter passengers fell by 14 per cent, while scheduled flight traffic increased. One explanation is that tour operators are selling an increasing number of package holidays combining scheduled flights with hotels.
