1,400 Spanish hotels sue Booking.com

Opposition to Booking.com continues to grow across Europe. In Spain, more than 1,400 hotels have now joined a major legal action against the online booking platform after a landmark ruling by the European Court of Justice paved the way for damages claims against the company.
