Room Republic is helping to build one of Sweden's largest hotel operators

Room Republic has signed an agreement to sell V Hotel Helsingborg, Grand Hotel Halmstad and Hotel Statt Hässleholm to the newly established Bellboy Holding.

In connection with the deal, Room Republic reinvests part of the purchase price in Bellboy, thereby becoming one of the larger owners in the company.

The deal also means that Bellboy presents its first three hotels.

Kjell Jakobsson, owner of Room Republic and one of the co-founders of Bellboy, will also take an active role in the company's continued development. Another co-founder is Johan Michelson, outgoing CEO of Best Western Hotels.
