This winter, MSC Cruises will have six ships operating in the Mediterranean. The cruises will call at destinations including Spain, France, Italy, Malta, Tunisia, Greece and Turkey.

The Caribbean is MSC Cruises' most booked winter destination

The Caribbean was the most booked winter destination among Nordic travellers with MSC Cruises. Together with the Canary Islands, the destinations accounted for two-thirds of winter bookings, according to MSC Cruises' Cruise Barometer 2026.

For the 2026/2027 winter season, MSC Cruises will have nine ships in the Caribbean and the Antilles. The ships include MSC World Europa. The itineraries include Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Saint Lucia and the Bahamas.

New for the season are departures from La Romana in the Dominican Republic.

The Canary Islands are also included in the winter programme. MSC Fantasia will operate seven-night cruises to the Canary Islands and Madeira, calling at destinations including Tenerife and Lanzarote.

MSC World Asia will be another new addition. The ship will be delivered on 25 November and christened in Le Havre on 28 November. On 4 December, the ship will depart from Barcelona on its maiden voyage in the Mediterranean.
