Air France expands rail-air partnership

Air France and SNCF are extending their Train+Air partnership to all Ouigo trains serving Paris-Charles de Gaulle. This means travellers can now combine high-speed rail and air travel on a single ticket from 27 railway stations to Air France's hub at CDG.

Demand for the concept is growing rapidly. During the first half of 2026, the number of Train+Air passengers rose by 43 per cent compared with the same period last year.

The ticket includes digital check-in and the option to check in for the flight as early as 48 hours before departure. In the event of a delay, passengers are guaranteed a seat on the next available train or flight at no extra cost.

Air France describes the initiative as a way to provide more departure options and offer an easier, more climate-friendly route to the airport.

The partnership between Air France and SNCF began with Ouigo in 2025 and now covers the entire Ouigo network to Paris-CDG.
