Travel News Market Finland praised for good meetings and strong business value

Several exhibitors describe the workshop as well-organised and highlight that they had valuable meetings with the Finnish travel industry. Many also express a willingness to return next year. The overall average rating came in at 8.44 out of a maximum of 10 points.

- We are very pleased with the positive response to Travel News Market Finland. It shows that the format works and creates value for the industry, says Göran Nilervall,  event manager at Travel News.

By far the most common comment in the evaluation is that the meeting area was too small in relation to the number of participants.

- That shortcoming has already been addressed. For the next event, we have booked Clarion Hotel Helsinki.

Some also suggest that more corporate travel managers should be invited to future events.

Despite the criticism, the overall impression is very positive. The majority of participants say they would gladly return, and several describe Travel News Market Finland as an important meeting place for making new contacts and developing business in the Finnish market.

The next Travel News Market and Grand Travel Award Finland will be held at Clarion Hotel Helsinki on 27 May 2027.
