The company's so-called TRASK - revenue per available seat kilometre in its own route network - amounted to 6.4 cents, an increase of 59 percent compared to the same month last year. At the same time, the number of passengers increased by 14 percent to just over 124,000, including ACMI and charter traffic.

The cabin factor reached 99 percent, up from 95 percent the year before, indicating an almost fully booked flight supply.

- We see strong commercial momentum with record revenues in March and continued passenger growth, driven by attractive routes and focused work throughout the organisation, says CEO Eivind Roald.
